- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the sales team's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Formulation: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies aimed at boosting sales and achieving targets.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Cost Analysis: Calculate and assess costs associated with sales initiatives and marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports using Power BI to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst, in the Insurance working environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
