Senior Officer, Sales Personnel

• Responsible for Sales Personnel functions within Sales Consultancy, covering personnel administration, license registration and performance management
• Handle Sales recruitment activities, follow through application, contracting & on-boarding processes
• Support strategy planning and implementation of all recruitment initiatives for the achievement of manpower target
• Sales staff movements, include resignation, termination and cross team transfer
• Regular review & streamline on current process/workflow to maximize operational efficiency
• Prepare recruitment statistical analysis and expense tracking reports, with relevant commentaries for management’s review
• Manage timely licensing registration/renewal with IA & MPFA in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Support the team in new business submission, policy servicing, office administration and general enquires from Sales Consultancy
• Coordinate for CPD & internal training
• Assist team in Sales Support functions

• Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business & Financial related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years working experience with 3 years solid experience in HR Administration or Agency Management
• Exposure in sales recruitment and licensing processes
• Work independently & proactively with open mindset
• Good computer knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills in both written & spoken English
