- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow up with customers for outstanding documents via outbound call, email, SMS
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
- Minimum 1 year of solid customer service or sales experience within the financial services sector
- Certificate qualification in IIQE Paper 1-3
- Good communication, Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking
- Diploma or Degree Holder
