The Challenge We Pose to You:

Responsible for handling accounts receivable and billing tasks
Process data and accounting entries
Prepare accounting schedules for monthly reporting
Provide administrative support to the department (e.g. scanning documents, filing, etc.)
Assist with other financial or treasury reporting tasks
Deal with ad hoc assignments on a timely basis
Handle ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned

What You Bring to Us:

Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline or above
3 years work experience in accounting or finance. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese & English typing, etc.
Hands-on experience in ERP (e.g. Oracle System, SAP) will be an advantage.
Proactive and willing to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
