- Process Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of agency and GroupM Nexus team structures, client performance requirements, and digital ad operations workflows, particularly as they relate to biddable platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Seamlessly implement workflow processes for performance-based campaigns and ad operations across key biddable platforms, including tagging through DCM.
- Independent Client Management: Take ownership of assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. Leverage your solid knowledge base to confidently address client and planning team requests independently.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
- Account Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of all key accounts and their performance and ad operations requirements, with a focus on biddable campaigns.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting, management, and collaboration for internal and external teams, specifically within the context of biddable platforms.
- Campaign Optimization: Achieve significant improvements in campaign performance through optimizations on various biddable solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
- Thorough understanding of all key biddable mechanisms and their implications
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and accounts independently.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist
