Site audit for overhaul program and other callback reduction initiatives.
Data analysis on callback, field turnback & handover performance.
Program planning for callback reduction
Involve in consolidating the key processes of all departments with latest process owner, supplier, customer, inputs, deliverables & KPIs
Update latest processes maturity level & relevant enhancement programs
Provide support to consolidate departmental results & track enhancement projects progress by application of quality tools in data collection, roots cause analysis, mistake proof & standard solution
Arrange training schedules & coordinate with all departments to facilitate qualification of trainers
Record internal audits (including ISO) to identify improvement areas & to comply with certification requirements for both in house quality system & external like ISO
Coordinate with internal & external auditors to arrange all assessments & certifications (ACE OPXL & ISO)
Other tasks and projects, as assigned

Requirements:

Undergraduate in quality, engineering and industrial or related disciplines
Internship or previous working experience in quality and field operation is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate/ advanced user of Excel)
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Collaborative, helpful and open to new challenges, detail-oriented
Well organized and self-motivated
