Senior Quality Assurance Officer

• Update, implement and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS of the Company.
• Lead a team of internal auditors to conduct QMS internal audit and surveillance check, prepare relevant reports and liaise with relevant parties to resolve nonconformity.
• Plan and conduct quality related training.
• Schedule and arrange external audit.
• Analyze audit data and propose improvement measurements.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and participate of tender interview.
• Any other duties assigned by the department.

• Higher Diploma or above in construction related qualifications.
• Obtained a QMS ISO9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training certificate which is IRCA recognized or equivalent
• Received other ISO Management Systems training such as ISO14001 and ISO45001 are advantages.
• At least 7 years working experience in implementing QMS in construction industry
• Good system and report writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, team player and able to coordinate various resources to achieve the goals.
• Open mind, can work under pressure to meet the deadline with good quality.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willing to work among construction sites.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Officer.
