Principal ResponsibilitiesAssist Line Manager to lead a sub-team of Pre-approval and Claims to deliver agreed service lead time to respective channelHandle daily pre-approval and claim cases in an efficient, professional, and timely manner (meeting turn-around-time)Closely monitor the production quality and act as an advisor to provide opinions and improvement recommendations to sub-ordinates on the daily activitiesEffectively manage and coordinate with Product/Customer Service/Underwriting teams on new business end-to-end processes in order to achieve business targetTimely update required procedure to fulfill the compliance and/or regulatory requirements as well as conduct training as appropriateRegularly review the process workflow and make recommendations to enhance the team's efficiency and productivityClosely work with internal partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives effectivelyMaintain good relationships with providers and hospitals * Monitor provider performance and review and negotiate the agreed feeQualificationsRequirements:University graduate in Nursing or other medical-related fieldMinimum 5 - 7 years of work experience preferably with relevant working experience in customer service or the insurance fieldPossessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plusHaving a positive and mature attitude and being able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and every changing environmentStrong in medical knowledge with sound knowledge of medical insuranceSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and positiveGood PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPointGood interpersonal and communication skills, and negotiation skillGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin preferableTeam player with a strong desire to succeed * Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
