- Work with Sales Team and provide pre-sales information system (IS) support by formulating IS costing, developing IS questionnaires, leading IS related sales presentations and designing integrated solutions to meet customers’ e-Commerce, networking and infrastructure requirements
- Participate in customers' RFI / RFQ
- Develop project plan and lead customer IS solution implementation by specifying EDI/API/e-Commerce requirements, setting up IS infrastructure and managing go-live process
- Provide post-sales IS support by conducting ongoing evaluations and recommending improvement plans, and resolving Customer Interface issues
- Coordinate with global and regional Customer IT Integration teams on updated Customer solutions/e-Tools and continuous process improvement
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ customer facing IT experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
- Strong technical background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and Application Interface (API) technology
- Excellent communications skills and good knowledge on market trends of IT Technology
- Customer focused and good influencing skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills in software and applications
