- Manage the planning of training content for the regional training department by coordinating at both regional and local levels the yearly training roadmap along with the implementation, including consolidating and reviewing training content, as well as overseeing its translation and adaptation in local markets.
- Transmit regional training strategy and monitor markets local adaptation in training plans, which includes assisting in preparing presentations for the Regional meetings (regional updates, training KPI, budget reviews), and planning and preparing the monthly reviews with each market in Director's calendar.
- Develop strategic original training content aligned with identified business needs in partnership with other departments, while consolidating market feedback and relaying best practices on the APA SharePoint community, and consolidating the APA master training calendar by liaising with each market Training Manager.
- Co-create content for markets and identify learning opportunities in the bi-annual Enchanting Week with L'ECOLE.
- Coordinate Maison Signature trainings with the APA HJ Manager and Marketing teams to deploy them in markets by contacting vendors and interpreters for the yearly HJ board, Watch Board, and other HJ and timepieces related activities. (Heritage masterclass)
- Support High Jewelry, Timepieces, and Boutique Manager seminars, including attendee selection, invitation, location, format, vendor choice, content animation, and community follow-up.
- HJ / Timepieces expertise requested to support markets trainers and field coaches as well as local retail staff on core training and implementation and facilitation of new tools, such as animating Bloom digital platform with content pertinent for APA learners, maximizing L'Ecole classes exposure and attendance by Van Cleef & Arpels staff, and conducting TTT sessions and yearly seminars for key retail stakeholders, including market trainers, field coaches, and newly onboarded internal staff.
- Monitor data and performance management of quantitative/qualitative training KPIs measuring service excellence in boutiques, namely ensuring training/coaching sessions are recorded quarterly in the Learning Management System by markets and issuing dashboard reports, and monitoring Mystery Shopping results to ensure service excellence, synergizing training actions, and rewarding performing teams.
- Consolidate and control the APA training budget, support the Training Director in challenging cost/ROI benefits through monthly reviews, and liaise with the HQ Retail Expertise department to ensure Bloom Digital programs are deployed, monitoring for a 90% completion rate.
