AQS / QS Trainee / Administrative Assistant (Project / Tendering Team)

• Assist in analysing project specifications and drawings to prepare estimates.
• Assist in identifying project costs such as materials, labour, and equipment.
• Support the team in liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts.
• Assist in preparing tenders accurately and on time.
• Support the team in collaborating with project management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Assist in preparing and managing budgets for construction projects.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling project costs.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data for cost estimates.
• Assist in preparing cost reports and forecasts for projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that project budgets and schedules are met.
• Maintain project documentation.

• Work with our QS team to support the tender administration work
• Assist in preparing quotations, tender documents, and time schedules for on-time submission of tender applications
• Follow-up on the arrangement of orders, samples, and catalogues during the tender-offer period
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines.
• At least 1 year relevant experience. Candidates with solid experience in handling large scale fitting out projects are highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
