HR Assistant (8-month contract, up to $22k)

• HR support & admin
• 1-2 years of HR exp preferable
• 5-day work, contract till end of 2024
• Location: Kwun Tong
• Immediate availability is preferred

• Provide all rounded HR shared services including handle employee inquires, deliver employee benefits (gift for new born baby or birthday etc.), update HR News & memo etc.
• Support talent acquisition, on boarding and off boarding process
• Update & maintain employment records in HRIS systems
• Work closely with line manager to provide pro-active support in work process
• Support compensation & benefit administration - MPF, medical & leave etc.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned

• Degree in Human Resources or business related disciplines, fresh graduates are welcome
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience would be an advantage especially experience in HR generalist or HR services
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded and customer service oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
