Draft new shop’s layouts and tender
Follow up shops hardware’s repair and maintenance
Source and arrange shops equipment
Ensure the procurement procedure complied with company policy
Work closely with internal parties for minor refits to comply with different sales and marketing strategy
Work closely with external parties (Landlord, management office, contractors) to ensure projects completed with high standard
Meet tight deadline for any project assigned

Who is our Right Fit:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline
2 years’ experience in retail design/Retail project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, AI, 3D max or sketch-up and MS office
Experience in sizable portfolio of chain store is preferred
Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving
Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
