The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager, Retail Products.Principal Responsibilities
  • Develop effective strategies and mechanics to drive card acquisition and portfolio growth for different customer groups/segments via different channels
  • Leverage market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study to understand customer needs and grow base and volume
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
  • Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department’s guidelines
  • Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
Requirements
  • University graduate in business studies or marketing is preferred
  • Experience in a marketing role of no less than 8 years, with a good understanding of banking products would be highly preferred
  • Solid broad based business experience within a Financial Service based institution, or an innovative customer/service-based institution
  • Be passionate about the customer and be obsessed with customer outcomes
  • Demonstrating ability to identify strategic needs-based solutions both now and in the future
  • Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as marketing communications development
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent in Cantonese/Chinese (writing) and English. Putonghua would be a plus
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to perform multi tasks and meet tight deadline
