The most prestigious Club House in Hong Kong is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:-Responsibilities:

To provide support on programme administration and logistics including enrolment, course scheduling, attendance and related duties
To handle course enquiries and support reception staff to ensure smooth running of the programme
To conduct market research and follow-up promotion plan and achieve monthly budget
To liaise with programme suppliers and follow-up the necessary documents with related parties
To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
To have a complete understanding and strictly adhere to our standard operation procedures policies & guidelines
Work in close co-ordination with the Spa & Resort Manager and Senior Supervisor to meet with the sales objectives
To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Sports & Recreation Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
A minimum of one-year relevant working experience
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Eager to work in a dynamic working environment of a passionate & motivated team structure
Energetic, sports lover, creative and enthusiastic attitude
