  • Manage the entire logistics work-flow, including planning and executing shipments, import/export procedures, and managing documentation.
  • Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and budget management, focusing on cost control and performance improvement.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, tracking their performance and serving as the main point of contact for logistics issues.
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely order fulfilment. This includes managing production and logistics planning, processing orders, invoicing, and handling customs clearance.
  • Support your team with a flexible, flow-to-work approach to ensure all key business projects and orders are delivered efficiently.
skills & experiences required.
  • Attained Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on shipment planning, execution, and hands-on 3PL management.
  • Team supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experienced in handling various Incoterms, as well as sea, truck, and air shipments, import/export procedures, and dangerous goods (DG).
  • Must be responsible, proactive, mature, and able to work under pressure.
  • High language proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
