Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
Assist general HR functions such as recruitment, maintain and update employee records, personnel filing and database administration.
Ensure daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external parties
Participate in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in any disciplines
Able to work independently and proactively
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Workday Day : 2-4 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday are preferred
Working Hour : 09:00 - 18:00 (4-8hrs per day)
Immediate available is preferred
