(Post Ref.: 25/189)The School of Graduate Studies is established for strengthening the central support for postgraduate programmes as well as the monitoring of their quality in alignment with the University's strategic direction of expanding and providing quality postgraduate education.Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to matters pertaining to the TPg programmes administration, including student admission, data management, teaching support, examination administration, meeting logistics and quality assurance matters
- Assist in student and alumni activities on campus or other University premises
- Communicate with potential and enrolled students
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
- A recognized bachelor's degree or above
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Competency in MS office applications and webpage applications
- Good team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility
The commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund.
