  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
  • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Receive payment by cash, credit cards, etc. and is able to post these in the computer correctly
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Monitor guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out
  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area, and know what is happening in the hotel
  • Ensure smooth operations at Guest Service during overnight
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Higher Diploma/Associate Degree graduate, preferably in hospitality management
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, other language is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior Guest Service Officer (Overnight)
