Associate Degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Merchandising, or related subjects
Fresh graduates are welcome, candidate with relevant experience will be an advantage
Fluent in Cantonese, good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Handle the logistic operation arrangement, e.g. I/E shipping document and order processing
Prepare and issue invoice, packing list, and other shipping documents
Liaise with external and internal parties to follow up order and shipment status
Assist in database and inventory management to ensure accurate records
Perform other logistic and administrative duties as assigned
