- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE, or equivalent; or Level 2/ Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE, or equivalent;
- At least 8 years’ post-degree full-time work experience in project management or/and office administration, or/and resource management, with at least 3 years at managerial positions. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in government or public organisations; and
- Strong analytical power and good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- To assist in the review of data-structure of IT systems to better support operation and enhance data management, data analysis and risk profiling in food safety control work;
- To bridge the gap between the IT team and end users during workflow review and IT system overhaul to ensure that the user requirements and acceptance criteria of project deliverables are properly specified and agreed upon;
- To provide general administrative support to the Export Arrangement and System Management Unit and Information Technology Section of the Risk Management Division, including matters related to office administration, contract management, human resources management, finance and procurement, records management, logistics support to organization of briefing sessions/focus group meetings/seminars/trainings and to compile administrative returns and statistics;
- To supervise the work of one Non-Civil Service Contract (NCSC) Administrative Assistant and Assistant Clerical Officer (ACO)/ NCSC General Clerks; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
