Perform guest floor monitoring duties & meet in-house guest needs to enhance staying experience;
Manage daily duties of Room Attendants or Butlers
Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel industry (Minimum 1 year for Supervisor)
Diploma or above;
Independent & confident to work under pressure;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese;
Additional language would be an advantage.
