My client is looking for a Senior Network Consultant who will be responsible for enterprise networking, ideally within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and upgrading complex network infrastructures, with hands-on experience in MPLS, WAN, Cisco technologies, SDN, and SD-WAN. Familiarity with Huawei network equipment is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites.
Lead and support network and system upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Manage and optimize MPLS and WAN connectivity to ensure high availability and performance.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN/SDN solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and IT initiatives.
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain service levels.
Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
6-8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, preferably in financial services.
Strong knowledge of MPLS, WAN technologies, and network upgrade projects.
Proficient in Cisco technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Experience with SDN and SD-WAN solutions.
Familiarity with Huawei network equipment is preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
