- Conduct in-house training programs, including orientation programs for new joiners, supervisory training and operational related training, ensure all learning and development activities are well organized and run smoothly
- Assist the Head of Human Resources in identifying training needs to meet the current business requirements of the company
- Participate in formulating, revising and updating the monthly and annual training plans and calendar to meet both short and long term learning and organizational development needs of the company
- Responsible for all promotional and internal communication materials related to learning and development
- Prepare, update and review training materials, including video editing for different training classes, in accordance with various requirements and purposes
- Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
- Assist and support HR activities and culture development
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources, Training & Development or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a learning and development role in sizable companies
- Solid experience in delivering training to colleagues at both general to supervisory levels
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate in training, proactive, flexible and creative
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, preferably with knowledge in video editing software applications
- Able to work during early and late hours of the day or public holidays occasionally to fit into the training schedule
