An extremely reputable Insurance company is currently undergoing a large transformation for the automation of their Financial Reporting & Actuarial function. Experience in process improvement will also be advantageous in resolving pain-points within their current processes and systems.Responsibilities

Gather & document requirements, process maps, customer journeys, user stories for development
Work closely with various functions within Finance, in particular, Actuaries
Create test cases based on user stories and perform testing
Process improvement and re-engineering for current processes

Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
5-10 years of experience in business analysis & digital transformation, preferably comes from technical background or has a strong understanding of IT
Must have experience in Cash Flow reporting and other Financial Reporting automation
Experience in Microsoft Azure will be extremely beneficial
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
