We dedicate the greatest effort to maintain our service quality and have established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.兼職住宅會所助理 - 火炭工作時間: 輪更,每更9小時工作地點: 火炭工作職責: 負責一般屋苑會所日常運作, 提供優質客戶服務, 協助舉辦會所活動及場地佈置等。工作要求: 中五/DSE或大專學歷,良好粵語及一般英文,有相關經驗者優先薪酬: $55-60Working time: 9 hours per shiftResponsibilities:
- To assist in daily operation of clubhouse
- To handle customers' inquiries and complaints
- To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clubhouse
- To monitor the assigned contractors for carrying out their duties
- To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees
- To assist in managing facilities in order
- To assist in organizing recreation programs and activities
- To carry out administration work and other duties as assigned by management
- Form 5, HKDSE or above, preferably in Hotel/ Sports/ Recreation Management
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Pleasant and outgoing character
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Shift duty and public holiday work are required
