- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for primarily frontline openings and selected office positions, including developing sourcing strategies, job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process
- Oversee the end-to-end offer process, including salary negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for both frontline operations and corporate functions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and performance
- Maintain regular reports and conduct data analytics to provide labor market insights, reviewing recruitment practices and sourcing tools to management
- Analyze and keep track recruitment metrics to enhance talent acquisition performance
- Act as the company ambassador, promoting the organization’s image in the market
- Engage with NGOs, schools, and community partners to organize recruitment talks and participate in career fairs to expand outreach and build a diverse talent pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within recruitment agencies, retail, or F&B sectors
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Presentable, independent and able to work in fast-paced working environment
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
