- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of building services systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate building services into overall project plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for building services.
- Implement innovative solutions for building services management, including digital and automated systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
- Chartered Engineer status with HKIE (MICE or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building services management, preferably within a contracting environment.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale construction projects, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Local experience in Hong Kong is essential; HKID holder preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
