Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high-quality service.
Be attentive to guests' needs and provide assistance when required.
Possess in-depth knowledge of our beverage and wine offerings to suggest and upsell thoughtfully.
Manage beverage stock takes and the preparation of cocktails and other beverages.
Request food, beverages, wines, and stationery according to established par stock levels.
Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
Lead and coach team members to enhance performance and service quality.
Control costs to ensure profitability aligns with budgeted revenue.
Prepare and monitor monthly and annual budgets and forecasts.

Possess 6 years or above of premium hotel experience
Excellent Command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Present yourself professionally, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with a global clientele
Innovative with a strong sense of Food and Beverage market trends
