  • Collaborate with Macau leaders, Hong Kong HR team and other internal departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on HR-related matters to enhance organizational performance
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Participate/assist in the management of various aspects of HR administration including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee relations
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and development plans, providing guidance to managers on performance management processes
  • Assist in review and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting corporate culture, and effective communication across all levels
  • To assist back office administrative tasks
  • To participate in ad hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 3-5years' stable track record in human resources business partnering / talent management, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, including Compensation and Benefits, and labor laws in Macau.
  • Excellent interpersonal, concise communication skills to collaborate with people across different functions and levels
  • Result-driven, outgoing and dynamic to derive HR solutions, be able to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Mature and independent with ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation, reasoning and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese
  • Macau ID holder is a MUST
