Responsibilities:Assist HR team members to perform the full spectrum of HR operations, such as recruitment & selection, staff on-boarding arrangement, consolidate staff attendance, various of leave administration, and maintain staff recordsParticipate various in-house and external recruitment expo and job fairsAssist HR Manager to complete monthly payroll and commission calculationMaintain and update HRIS and staff filing systemHandle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the ManagerRequirements:Diploma holder in Human Resources or related disciplinesMinimum 1 year of solid work experience in Human Resources/ Fresh Graduate will also be consideredProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word ProcessingGood communication and interpersonal skill, can work with all level of peopleWilling to learn, able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadlinesWell-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and other related regulationsImmediately available is preferredWe offer an attractive remuneration package and stable work environment to the right candidate.
