In this full-time position, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations.What you'll be doingHandle customer enquiry, update and follow up the online salesAssisting with the coordination of sales and marketing events, including event planning and logisticsPerforming general office duties such as filing, document management, and supply orderingCollaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiencyPerform Ad hoc assignment from management5 days workingWhat we're looking forDegree or Higher Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/ relevant disciplineAt least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support roleProficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and MandarinStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PivotTable) and other relevant softwareA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challengesStrong attention to detail and accuracyImmediate availability is highly preferredAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
