Posting Date: 2025-09-01Swire Resources LtdHuman Resources Officer (Organization/Talent Development and Talent Acquisition)The incumbent will assist in planning, execution and follow through of organization / talent development projects and initiatives for the Company. She/he will also provide HR services and support to designated departments on recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention, performance management, as well as policy and procedure administration and participated in other ad hoc assignments to support business improvement plans.ResponsibilitiesHighly participate in Organization / Talent Development projects including trainee programs, competency model for the Company, succession planning and high potential staff development, employee engagement activities, staff caring program and culture building initiatives, etc.Responsible for the end-to-end process of assigned recruitment activities focusing at office positions and trainee programsIndependently handle staff on-boarding procedure; ensure formality well aligned with company policies; manage employment cycle including the exit of staffWork as business partner to liaise with internal stakeholders from different Business DivisionsProvide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisorsRequirementsDegree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or other business-related disciplinesMinimum 2 years' solid recruitment experience, preferably from retail industryIndependent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environmentA team player with outgoing personality, positive and proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibilityExperienced user of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
