The company is a MNC banking institution with solid business in Hong Kong.Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate IT risks.
  • Support the design and implementation of IT controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are followed.
  • Participate in audits and assurance activities to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls.
  • Assist in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) drilling activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Work with global teams to design and implement comprehensive control frameworks.
  • Oversee change management processes for testing controls to ensure proper implementation and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance in financial services industry
  • Knowledge in regulatory requirements (SFC / MAS) will be strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with IT controls and assurance processes.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
