
Sales Coordinator

- Handling and coordinating of incoming customer enquiries (local customers)
- Prepare price quotations to customers
- Prepare sales invoices
- Prepare purchase orders to overseas manufacturing plants and local vendors
- Follow up on sales / purchase orders with customers / vendors and suppliers
- Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation
- Liaise and communicate with freight forwarders locally and/or abroad
- Handling, organizing and controlling of shipments to customers
- Secondary gradated
- At least 5-6 years or above in Sales coordination / Sales Administration / Customer Services in Trading or Manufacturing is preferred
- Good computer skill, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Capable to work in a team, self-initiative and able to cope with job responsibilities
- Hong Kong SAR Permanent work rights.
- 9:00am-6:00pm, 5 days work, year end bonus, medical scheme, 12 days annual leave
- Less work overtime
