- Responsible for Digital Banking annual objectives, marketing strategy and budget
- Formulate marketing plans and prepare marketing materials for self-initiated/joint promotion programs and new services rollout to grow the number of customers signed up Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, increase e-banking transaction and digital banking income
- Conduct Benchmarking and Market analysis for e-channel services to strengthen their service quality and market competitiveness to improve customer experiences; Collect customer experience on digital banking services from internal staff and branches
- Analyze existing customers’ penetration of Electronic Banking usage and make recommendation for increment of new and existing customers’ penetration of Electronic Banking usage
- Manage e-channel (website/Intranet/Mobile Banking/Internet Banking/Wechat OA) and social media for promotion of our Brand, including banners, posts, contents, etc.
- Coordinate Project Management, Product Development and System Enhancement for Marketing related projects.
- University graduate in e-Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in Digital Marketing and/or Internet Banking Services development
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and equipped with market intelligence
- Be a good team player and self-motivated with creative thinking mindset
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, and high proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Sound Knowledge in Customer Data Analytic Tools and Mechanism
