Client Service Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for CFOs, COOs, and operational professionals to help them actively monitor leverage, risk, books and records.Responsibilities
- Daily management of various client related functions such as trade allocations, amendments, client queries & reporting within specified timescales
- Support a number of key processes, most notably equity swap allocation and equity & fixed income cash trade management
- Understand hedge fund strategies, funding and financing, securities lending
- Provide margin recommendations for clients, by having In-depth product knowledge, broad operational expertise
- Liaise with all the functional areas of the firm to deliver the resources and solutions to meet our client's needs
- Consult with their clients on new reporting and technology applications to enhance portfolio management, and operational efficiency as well as train clients on new technology
- 2-3 years experience of operations/middle office experience in financial services industry
- Ability to interface with internal and external operations groups, react quickly to meet tight deadlines
- Strong client service orientation & ability to handle risk management
- Attention to detail and results oriented, strong ability to multi-task and team player
- Strong excel skills & VBA user is preferred
- Execllent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese is preferred, Nice to have knowledge in Korean & Japanese language
