Job Functions: Bank Operations, Customer Service, Relationship ManagementResponsibilities:
- Deliver quality services to customers of “Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect” through inbound and outbound calls in order to achieve business targets
- Identify existing and prospective customers’ financial needs, including both products and services
- Execute telephone stock trading, foreign exchange margin, futures and investment-linked products trading instructions
- Propose resolutions and ensure formulations are in line with the overall business strategic goals, particularly optimize the retention of existing customers
- Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
- Address customer feedback / complaints professionally
- Degree or above
- Possess qualifications in HKSI
- With qualifications in IIQE is an added advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking / financial institution and hotline customer services experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
- Independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
- May required on-shift duty as needed
- Applicants with less experiences will be considered as Teleservices Executive
- Applicants with more experiences will be considered as Teleservices Manager
