- Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Pursue new sales opportunities and handle inbound leads and follow-up calls or meetings.
- Strive to exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, team leaders, and executives to evaluate and refine sales strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business.
- Follow up on potential sales leads to convert them into clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving the promotion of GTI's core products and services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with value partners and key clients.
- Prepare and deliver written presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Identify potential growth areas and develop new accounts to secure ongoing business opportunities.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles and build strong customer relationships.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and sales plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting GTI's core products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with value partners and key clients.

- University graduate or degree holder in an IT-related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT products or services, preferably in server, storage, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience in managing customer relationships within the Public Sector.
- Willingness to explore new markets, such as AI and cloud computing technologies.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Account Manager position.
- University graduate or degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT products or services, preferably in server, storage, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
