Assist with the daily deal execution, including producing pitch books, teasers, investment memorandum, cash flow models, due diligence, etc.
Collect market information and data, and generate market analysis and related studies
Provide support on research, financial analysis, modelling, evaluation activities and business development
Prepare proposals and reports, property particulars and marketing materials

What are we looking for?

Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with investment institutions
Holder / candidate of professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA an advantage
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Initiative with strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
