Pay: HK$24,191 to HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist in administrative support of Planning & Commissioning of new Oncology Centre and Oncology ward.
2. To provide administrative and operational support for various functions of the department.
3. To handle general office correspondence, including filing ,data entry, inventory, procurement and necessary record keeping.
4. To perform data collection, verification, analyses and compile various interim & statistical reports.
5. To provide administrative/secretarial support, draft correspondence for various meetings, minutes, presentations, statistics and reports.
6. To provide clerical and technical support on program and training activities.
7. To supervise junior clerical staff in daily operations.
8. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
9. To assist the application / renewal of user license of using X-ray machine.
10. To assist the application / monthly exchange of radiation dose monitoring device, such as thermo-luminescent dosimeter (TLD).Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5/S.5 with:
(i) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syl.B) and Chinese Language; or
(ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects
1. Proficiency in computer knowledge and applications (e.g. MS Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) and word processing in both Chinese & English and other MS Office applications.
2. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Competence and experience in managing and analysis of data.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills.
5. Proactive, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.QualificationsRemarks:
