LimitedLeasing Manager / Leasing OfficerResponsibilities:Handle daily leasing operations, including various contract terms (new lettings, renewals, and negotiations), while conducting property inspections and overseeing handovers.Conduct market research, analyze the leasing market trend and recommend new tenancy and tenant mix for management review and endorsementAddress leasing enquiries professionally and prepare offer documents, letters, and leasing proposals to meet client needs.Contribute to rental forecasts and prepare comprehensive leasing reports to support business decisions.Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.RequirementsDegree holder (property related academic qualifications would be an advantage)Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in commercial property field with leasing experienceFamiliar with current market conditions and have proven market connections and network in Hong Kong.Self-motivated, willing to explore new tenants and the trend in retail marketGood command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)Immediate availability is highly preferred行業 Industry
