A highly respected international law firm is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant to support the business operations of its dynamic team in Hong Kong office.Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry & Document Management: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage confidential legal documents
  • ️ Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and general office coordination
  • ️ Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
  • Office Operations: Support procurement, inventory management, and liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal professionals and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ad-hoc projects: Assist in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative/office support/secretarial roles, ideally within a reputable law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure
