- Data Entry & Document Management: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage confidential legal documents
- ️ Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and general office coordination
- ️ Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
- Office Operations: Support procurement, inventory management, and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal professionals and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ad-hoc projects: Assist in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects
- Proven experience in administrative/office support/secretarial roles, ideally within a reputable law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure
