We are supporting a consumer retail multinational organisation to identify a strategic HR Business Partner. This role offers the opportunity to work with iconic brand(s) while driving people initiatives that power business success.Key responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

Serving as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with commercial objectives
Leading the full spectrum of HR activities including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
Driving the performance management process while coaching managers on effective people leadership
Managing complex employee relations matters with balanced judgment and compliance awareness
Continuously improving HR policies and practices to meet evolving business needs

Successful candidates should possess:

A degree holder from renowned university
8+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in multinational corporations within the consumer goods or sourcing industries
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that deliver measurable business impact
Strong expertise in handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to influence stakeholders
