- Act as the key leader for Group COE talent & organizational development team to drive various talent program
- Development talent agenda and strategies on leadership & management development, succession planning, executive coaching, cultural building and HI-PO management
- Oversee organization cultural reform program and liaise with key stakeholders and HR partners regularly on process and update
- Establish talent development framework based on market best practices and bring in new insights to the business on various talent strategies
- Provide your HR advisory and guidelines on talent strategy to maintain a healthy pipeline talents
- Minimum of 12 years of solid and stable experience in talent development and organizational development from sizable corporations
- Familiar with Various Talent Accessment Tools
- Passionate, strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are required, and a good command in written English and Chinese is expected
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management in developing talent strategies
- Bachelor degree in HR or relevant disciplines
