If you share our way of thinking, we would like to hear from you.Responsibilities:Implement and manage the operational aspects of product and sales process ensuring robust and efficient operationOptimize the process and operation tasks ensuring productive and compliance with regulations and policyEnsure smooth sales process and operation before the new product or sale process launchDevelop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of cross-functional product and sales related processWork closely with sales team to improve sales process ensuring efficiency and balancing of customer experience with complianceExecute and monitor the operational processes to upkeep product as designedPerform and handle the sales order exceptional casesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree is requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales operation or process management; Experience in Telecom industry is an advantageWell-organized, solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey quality-related issuesStrong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with different level of business, operation and technology stakeholdersA fundamental understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is requiredCandidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior ManagerInterested parties please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary by clicking "Quick Apply".SmarTone is an equal-opportunity employer.
