Pay: HK$34,070 to HK$66,291 (HGPS Point 13 to 27) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist General Manager (Administrative Services) and Senior Hospital Administrator(s) in day-to-day management and administration functions of the Administrative Services Department in the following areas:A. Health Information and Records Management
B. Patient Relations Office
C. Supporting Services including Environmental Hygiene Service, Domestic Service and Porterage Service
D. Property Management including Security, Car park, Staff Accommodation, Landscape
E. Transportation Services including Non-Emergency Ambulance Transfer Service
F. General Administration, Corporate Affairs and Media Relations
G. Telecommunication
H. Facility Management
I. Planning and Commissioning of New Projects / Services including Hospital Redevelopment Project
J. Green & Environmental Management
K. Equipment Maintenance
L. Procurement and Material Management
M. Laundry and Linen Services
N. Secretarial and Executive Support to Committees and Clinical Departments
O. Quality and Safety Management including Occupational Safety and Health, Fire Safety
P. Donation Management2. To provide emergency support and to stand by for any emergency duties as and when required.
3. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.Entry Requirements:
1. A degree from a Hong Kong University; or equivalent; and
2. Fluent Cantonese and good written Chinese.Preferred Attributes:
1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
2. Experience or holder of tertiary qualification in public administration and management / healthcare management / built environment management / engineering management / facility management / biomedical engineering management / procurement and logistics management / hospitality / horticulture / arboriculture / corporate affairs and media relation / supporting services would be an advantage.
3. Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Outgoing, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
5. Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Creative, with strong analytical, planning and organization skills
