Posting Date: 2025-09-02Kerry Hotel, Hong KongSenior E&M Technician / E&M Technician (機電高級技工 / 機電技工)We are looking for a Senior E&M Technician/ E&M Technician (機電、水喉高級技工/ 機電、水喉技工 ) based at Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong!As a Senior E&M Technician/ E&M Technician (機電、水喉高級技工/ 機電、水喉技工), we rely on you to:Be responsible for conducting regular inspections for all operational equipmentMaintain all E&M works, including MVAC., electrical, water supply and drainage system of the Hotel, in normal operation, including restaurant outlets, guestrooms and public areasCarry out preventive maintenance, planned maintenance and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical services, including MVAC., electrical, water supply and drainage system within the HotelPerform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors負責定期檢查酒店内所有運行的機電設備，包括冷氣、冷凍、供電和給排水系統)維持所有酒店範圍内的機電系統正常運作 ，包括餐廳、客房及公眾地方進行酒店内的機電系統(包括冷氣、冷凍、供電和給排水系統)保養，包括定期維護、緊急維修執行其他由上級指派的工作We are looking for someone who has:Minimum 3 year of experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel equipment and facilities for Senior E&M Technician PostCertificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A0) is a must for Senior E&M Technician PostKnowledge in electrical and mechanical system, Hotel equipment and facilities preventive maintenance, fire safetyKnowledge in Hotel operations would be an advantageGood command of spoken Cantonese; English would be an advantageLess experience will be considered for E&M Technician Post高級技工要求最少3年酒店設備和設施的維修及保養經驗高級技工必須持有電工A牌具備機電系統知識、酒店設備和設施的保養知識、防火安全知識具備酒店營運知識優先考慮操流利廣東話，懂基本英語優先資歷或經開驗較低可考慮為機電、水喉技工For other vacancies, you may visit the career section of our website.Please apply in writing enclosing CV and quoting the reference to:
