- Partner with Design and Brand colleagues to conceive and refine new products.
- Own the end-to-end development cycle, guiding concepts from initial sketches through final prototypes.
- Source and vet suppliers capable of translating approved concepts into finished goods.
- Act as the primary liaison with suppliers, clarifying Tech Packs and aesthetic details so expectations are fully aligned.
- Drive preliminary cost discussions and negotiate favorable pricing with vendors.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align product strategies and cost targets.
- Oversee sample timelines and quality control, ensuring every prototype meets established benchmarks.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and monitor schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
- 2 - 5+ years developing watches for luxury or mid-tier brands
- Clear communicator
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree
- Fluent in Cantonese, mandarin and English.
