Job Responsibilities:Prepare submission plans, working drawings and project deliverables in accordance with HK / China / Macau / international architectural regulations.Coordinate with internal team to follow up client’s request and on-time completion of works.Study the rough sketches and deciphering the specifications.Prepare drawing with high precisions and as per scale.Incorporate all details of the drawing.Make the drawings in keeping with the standards and terms of the company.BIM modelling, Drawing production for tender / Statutory submission, Clash Detection and attend design review meeting if necessaryTo assist in development of BIM standard and project templates.Ad hoc project assigned by Superiors / Directors / Principal Directors.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 - 8 years BIM drafting / AutoCAD / 3D drafting / interior design experienceDegree / Higher Diploma holder in Architecture Design, Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering or other related disciplineHave good knowledge and working experience of using 3D modelling software / BIM software - Revit / Navisworks and familiar with BIM standards development, implementation and enforcementFamiliar with HK / PRC / Macau Architectural statutory requirementsFamiliar with CIC BIM Standards & ArchSD BIM GuideSolid experience to create and maintain BIM project model is preferredRegistered CCBC preferable.Self-motivated with excellent drafting experienceGood command of English, Cantonese and MandarinPlease send resume together with expected salary to the Human Resources Department or by clicking "APPLY NOW".(We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
